Today, 20 June 2025, the Democrat Party issued a statement from the Democrat Party Executive Committee stating that the Democrat Party Executive Committee meeting discussed and considered together the political situation that occurred at 5:00 p.m. on 19 June 2025. The Democrat Party Executive Committee reached a consensus, with the following details:

1. The Democrat Party confirms that it will continue to be a coalition party in order to ensure that the administration of the country and the resolution of the country’s immediate problems are continuously resolved.

2. The Democrat Party calls on the government to seriously review its role and stance on the issue of relations with Cambodia in order to preserve the sovereignty, dignity and highest benefits of Thailand and the Thai people. This must be clearly demonstrated to restore public confidence as soon as possible.

3. The Democrat Party is aware of the public’s reflections on the situation in all dimensions. The government must pay attention, accept diverse opinions, and quickly create correct understanding in order to create cooperation among the people of the nation, which can overcome all problems and obstacles and lead the country through the crisis.

4. The Democrat Party adheres to the democratic regime with the King as Head of State in a parliamentary system. It does not support any political changes that are outside the democratic rules and provisions of the Constitution.
